Tundra Maintain is operated by Tundra Interactive Pty Ltd (ACN 114 962 444). This policy explains how personal information is handled when people use the Maintain application, contact Tundra, or interact with related services.

Tundra is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By using this application, users agree that Tundra may collect, use, store, and disclose personal information as described here and in any other arrangements that apply between the user and Tundra.

Personal Information

Personal information is information or an opinion about an identified person, or a person who can reasonably be identified. The information may be true or not and may be recorded in any form.

Maintain may collect details such as name, email address, account profile information, IP address, device identifiers, usage information, project access records, and support or enquiry details provided to Tundra.

Collection

Tundra may collect information directly from users when they sign in, use Maintain, request support, communicate by email or other channels, or interact with Tundra services. Some technical information may be collected automatically through application logs, cookies, device storage, analytics, and security tooling.

Where reasonable and practicable, Tundra collects information from the person it relates to. In some circumstances, information may come from third parties, such as identity providers, cloud platforms, service providers, or project stakeholders.

Use

Tundra uses personal information to provide and secure Maintain, authenticate users, manage project access, respond to enquiries, operate and improve services, perform maintenance work, support clients, meet legal obligations, and administer Tundra's business.

Information may also be used for related purposes that a user would reasonably expect, or where Tundra has consent or another lawful basis to do so.

Disclosure

Tundra may disclose information to employees, officers, contractors, related bodies corporate, professional advisers, cloud providers, software providers, IT and hosting providers, authorised third parties, parties involved in a business transfer, regulators, law enforcement, or other people where required or permitted by law.

Personal information may be stored or processed outside Australia by cloud and technology providers. Tundra takes reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle that information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Cookies and Device Storage

Maintain may use cookies and browser storage for necessary application operation, security, sign-in sessions, preferences, performance measurement, and service improvement. Users can manage cookies and browser data through browser or device settings, though some features may not work correctly if required storage is blocked.

Security

Tundra takes reasonable physical, administrative, personnel, and technical steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. If an eligible data breach occurs, Tundra will provide notifications and take action as required under the Privacy Act.

Access, Correction, and Complaints

Users may request access to personal information held by Tundra or ask for inaccurate information to be corrected. Tundra may need to verify identity before responding and may explain if access cannot be provided in full.

Privacy complaints should include enough detail for Tundra to understand and respond to the issue. If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, Tundra will provide information about further steps that may be available, including processes through the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
