Tundra Maintain
Terms of Use
Draft terms for the private Tundra Maintain application.
1. About These Terms
Tundra Maintain is operated by Tundra Interactive Pty Ltd (ACN 114 962 444). These terms govern access to and use of the Maintain application, related dashboards, APIs, documentation, and services.
By accessing Maintain, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
2. Authorised Use
Maintain is a private tool for Tundra team members and authorised collaborators. You may only use the application if Tundra has granted you access, and only for the projects and purposes associated with that access.
You must keep account credentials, sessions, and API keys secure. You must not share access, attempt to bypass authentication, access projects you are not authorised to view, or use Maintain in a way that disrupts the application or Tundra systems.
3. Project Information
Maintain may contain project maintenance data, client references, roadmap notes, technical risks, links, and operational information. This information is provided for internal planning, maintenance, and support workflows.
You must treat project information as confidential unless Tundra has confirmed it can be shared. You are responsible for checking context before relying on Maintain data for client commitments, production changes, or legal/commercial decisions.
4. API and Automation Access
Tundra may issue API keys for automation tools such as Codex. API keys remain Tundra-controlled credentials and may be scoped, monitored, rotated, or revoked at any time.
API users must keep keys secret, use them only for approved Maintain workflows, and promptly report suspected exposure or misuse.
5. Availability and Changes
Tundra may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Maintain as needed for maintenance, security, product development, or operational reasons. Tundra aims to keep the application useful and accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free data.
6. Intellectual Property
Tundra and its licensors retain ownership of the Maintain application, design, software, documentation, and related intellectual property. Unless Tundra agrees otherwise, you receive only the limited right to use Maintain for authorised work.
7. Privacy
Tundra handles personal information in accordance with the Maintain privacy page and Tundra privacy practices. The application may use authentication records, logs, cookies, device storage, analytics, and security information to operate and protect the service.
8. Suspension or Removal of Access
Tundra may suspend or remove access if it believes these terms have been breached, access is no longer required, credentials are at risk, or removal is needed to protect clients, users, systems, or data.
